ABOUT
The National Society of Leadership and Success is the nation's largest leadership honor society. Students are selected by their college for membership based on academic and leadership potential. With 658 chapters, the NSLS currently has 1,031,639 members nation wide.
The NSLS is the largest leadership honor society in the United States. Our NSLS chapter at University of Central Oklahoma was started in 2018. Our local chapter is part of the national organization with 700+ chapters and over 1.4 million members.
Students are selected based on exemplary academic achievement. As of 2021 we have 864 members who have access to:

What do I have to do to become inducted?
Our five-step program takes approximately 12 hours over the course of the semester at your pace.
Is this recognized on campus?
We are a Registered Student Organization (RSO). As of 2021, we had 864 in our chapter and there are more than 1.4 million members nationwide.
Becoming A Member
There are two ways to join NSLS: by invitation or by completing a nomination form, found here. Prospective members undergo a leadership training program that prepares them for academic and workplace opportunities.

EVENTS CALENDAR
Spring Semester 2021
Monday, March 8th- Orientation, 6 pm-7 pm
-Students will learn the steps of the leadership development
program and the schedule of following semester events
Friday, March 12th- Orientation, 6 pm-7 pm
-This is the second event of its kind, attendance to one is required
Tuesday, March 16th - Leadership Training Day, 6 pm- 8 pm
-This interactive and introspective seminar helps members identify their true passions and strengths while creating action steps to achieve their goals.

Speaker Broadcast,
Normally, live streamed events with leaders, celebrities and best-selling authors are scheduled six times per year. Due to the pandemic our chapter is currently classified as "Live-Online" so members can watch broadcasts from their member portal on their own time. Topics include leadership, identifying goals, facing challenges, personal growth, and successfully transitioning from college to career.

Saturday TBD - Super Saturday, 8 am-4pm
Super Saturday is an opportunity for members to make up events
that they were unable to attend earlier during the semester.
- This event will last all day but members will only need to
attend the events that they have missed. A more detailed
schedule will be released closer to day of the event
TBD- Induction
At this formal ceremony, members are presented with
their Certificate of Leadership Training honoring
their achievement and lifetime membership in The NSLS.
-The length of this event is subject to change depending on attendance
